You can never go wrong with Mark Rashid's work! Dec 29, 2005 Footfall is something that can be difficult to understand, and hard to apply. As always Mark Rashid explains concepts simply and clearly, and covers subjects such as saddle fit and soundness, that contribute to movement. This DVD provides a necessary foundation in understanding that you can apply to your own riding.
